Took care of all the things

I was an absent owner living far away from the residents that was for sale . In the prosses of marketing the property many actions were required , like meeting with contractors doing work on the property , making appointment to meet with county permit inspector, her knoledge of the 2 HOA rules was very helpful. All in all Michelle took care of all the things necessary that I couldn't do because of my being far away.
